Together, we’ll look at what your coaching needs are and through the use of coaching models, floor anchors, mindfulness and other body-mind oriented exercises, you will find yourself reconnecting with your inner strength. You will become aware of your thoughts, gain insights and get to know other parts of yourself. This is your time and space to return to just ‘being’ instead of always ‘doing’. In reconnecting with your intuition, your wise self and your heart’s voice, you will be able to take decisions from a broader perspective, thereby calmly responding instead of reacting to the challenges that life has thrown at you.
